Arts 'n' Crafts NZ operates in accordance with New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Where a product fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note that consumer guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act do not apply where goods are purchased for business purposes.
