Returns & Refunds — Arts 'n' Crafts NZ

Returns will only be accepted where there is a manufacturing defect or where items have been damaged in transit to the point of being unfit for use. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind.

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and must use a trackable shipping option.

Refunds are at the discretion of Arts 'n' Crafts NZ and will only be given in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, and only where a replacement product is not available. Refunds will be made once the item/s have been returned and checked.

Please note: OPP bag dimensions listed on labels reflect what is ordered, but variations of up to 10% in size and quantity can occur during manufacture. These discrepancies do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
