1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Arts 'n' Crafts NZ. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with anything here, please leave the website. I'm happy to hear your comments and suggestions — feel free to contact me.

2. Accounts

You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. Arts 'n' Crafts NZ will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by unauthorised use of your account. Please notify me immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Any account used for phishing, extortion, or abuse will be deleted and reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the site. Arts 'n' Crafts NZ makes no claims of accuracy or suitability of user-submitted content. You agree not to post anything inappropriate, degrading, abusive, illegal, or promoting illegal activities. Content on this site may not be copied or duplicated without written consent.

4. Purchases, Returns & Refunds

Returns will only be accepted where there is a manufacturing defect or where items have been damaged in transit to the point of being unfit for use. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and must use a trackable shipping option.

Refunds are at the discretion of Arts 'n' Crafts NZ and will only be given in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, and only where a replacement product is not available.

Please note: OPP bag dimensions listed on labels reflect what is ordered, but variations of up to 10% in size and quantity can occur during manufacture. These discrepancies do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

5. Privacy

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties. In the case of a criminal investigation, your details may be made available to the appropriate authorities.
